What you will do

• Lead and elevate art direction across complex projects to ensure a cohesive brand experience across all channels.
• Manage and mentor junior-level creatives, providing constructive feedback to advance both copy and art.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling data visualizations for healthcare brands.
• Act as a direct liaison between creative teams and account management to meet strategic expectations.
• Develop multichannel creative campaigns, including product launches and label updates.
• Present and defend creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.
• 6+ years of agency design experience, including 2-3 years specifically in pharma.
• Proven experience with DTC/DTP and a strong conceptual approach.
• Solid understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mandatory) and Figma (ideal).
• Experience monitoring workloads and mentoring direct reports.
