What you will do

• Lead design for organic social channels from concept to execution across static, carousel, and feed-first formats.
• Translate complex "Okta Secures AI" narratives into visually compelling, shareable content.
• Build and evolve recurring creative formats to ensure business initiatives translate into channel-native content quickly.
• Partner with the video team to elevate YouTube channel performance through high-impact thumbnails and visual assets.
• Establish foundational creative workflows and infrastructure for social media design from the ground up.
• Present creative direction to stakeholders and mentor other designers contributing to social content.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience designing for social channels, ideally in-house or in a social-native environment.
• Expert command of feed-native design and platform best practices, including YouTube.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Proven ability to make technical or abstract subject matter engaging and visually interesting.
• Must be based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area due to the hybrid nature of the role.
• Strong cultural instinct and ability to iterate quickly in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
