Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, Master's with 10+ years, or PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• 6+ years of experience in silicon development, specifically in CPU or logic design.
• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and delivering successful IP projects.
• Proven track record in RTL coding, debug, and methodology development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with x86 CPU microarchitecture.
• Proven success in championing automation and AI tools at the product level.
