Salary: $171,600–$253,970 per annum

What you will do

  • Manage and scale a multi-disciplinary team of engineers focused on sub-systems, co-processors, and accelerators.
  • Define and implement design methodologies and infrastructure for cutting-edge semiconductor processes.
  • Collaborate with architecture, software, firmware, and program management teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical mentorship to team members and foster a high-performance engineering culture.
  • Drive improvements in automation, design techniques, and reporting metrics.
  • Recruit and retain top-tier engineering talent to build the San Diego design organization from the ground up.

Requirements

  • BS degree or higher in EE, CE, or CS.
  • 10+ years of RTL design experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing a design team.
  • Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively across engineering groups.
  • Experience in all phases of design from concept through productization.
