What you will do

• Act as the technical arbitrator and leader for whole-vehicle engineering integration and delivery.
• Lead group functional integration to reduce complexity and deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Drive vehicle technical data progression (CAD, DV, AIMS, Build, Test & Releasing) with group and interfacing team leads.
• Oversee alignment and delivery of Minimum Viable Product into virtual and physical verification & validation across the programme lifecycle.

Requirements

• Automotive technical knowledge with extensive experience integrating complex interactions and making technical decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal technical communication, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Experience leading teams to solve complex technical issues using structured methods such as 8D and/or Six Sigma.
• Project management experience delivering against complex programme technical deliverables.
• Must have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.
