What you will do

• Create and update 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings using Solid Edge.
• Prepare work instructions and assembly documentation within CAD/PLM environments.
• Gather data regarding manufacturing processes, assembly, and field complaints.
• Conduct physical measurements of parts to identify missing dimensions and update technical data.
• Collaborate with the client project lead to resolve engineering issues.

Requirements

• Must be based in Columbus, OH
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Solid Edge for 3D and 2D design.
• 1 to 2 years of experience with Teamcenter and Agile PLM.
• Proficiency in sheet metal design, welded structures, and pipe routing.
• Ability to use basic measuring equipment and work with both metric and inch units.
• Experience working independently and taking ownership of deliverables.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sheet metal press break operations and CNC laser cutting.
• Familiarity with dimensioning and tolerancing standards.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
