What you will do
- Acquire new corporate customers locally using existing and new acquisition channels.
- Convert leads into active, long-term customers by identifying specific challenges and needs.
- Guide new customers through onboarding and conduct follow-ups to trigger first-time payments.
- Proactively engage with inactive or churned accounts to identify reactivation and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with compliance, product, and operations teams to relay customer feedback for product improvement.
- Monitor local competitive trends and market dynamics in international payments to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales, account management, or customer success within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Fluent in English, French, and local languages.
- Proven track record of managing and growing B2B relationships in emerging markets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis to monitor customer performance.
- Ability to perform both office work and extensive field visits across Burkina Faso.

- Experience in early-stage VC-backed startups or top-tier consultancy.
