Technical Marketing Manager for Metering Segment (ISEM Power & Energy)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for the ISEM Metering segment across electricity and flow metering.
• Drive customer engagement with utilities, OEMs, and system integrators, and support opportunity pipelines, design wins, and revenue growth.
• Define system-level architectures for smart electricity meters, flow meters, smart panels, and energy gateways.
• Translate customer and regulatory requirements into system and silicon roadmaps.
• Promote reusable, certified, secure, and scalable platforms across processing, connectivity, security, and analog product lines.
• Align global matrix teams, ecosystem partners, sales, marketing, and engineering organizations to accelerate time-to-market and design reuse.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in semiconductors, energy systems, or industrial markets.
• Experience with metering, energy management or utility infrastructure, system-level architecture or solution definition, and strategic customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of electricity or flow metering architectures, analog sensing, metrology, ADC-based systems, embedded MCU/MPU processing, and wired or wireless connectivity.
• Experience with embedded cybersecurity, including secure elements, root of trust, cryptographic protocols, secure communications, and post-quantum cryptography.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, executive presentation skills, and the ability to influence across a global matrix organization.
