Location: Must be based in or able to work from Gratkorn, Austria (Hybrid work available).

What you will do

• Define and execute the global strategy for the ISEM Metering segment.
• Lead engagement with utilities, OEMs, and system integrators to drive design wins.
• Define system-level architectures for smart meters, smart panels, and energy gateways.
• Collaborate across product lines to align roadmaps for processing, connectivity, and security.
• Translate regulatory and customer requirements into silicon and system roadmaps.
• Represent the company at industry forums and executive customer engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in semiconductors or energy systems.
• Strong understanding of metering architectures, analog sensing, and embedded processing.
• Proven track record in strategic customer engagement and solution definition.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity for embedded systems, including hardware-based security and PQC.
• Ability to lead and influence across a global, matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
