Senior Employee Relations Partner

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Austin, Denver, New York, Seattle, Washington DC, or US Remote

Salary: $121,000–$166,000 annual salary for Colorado-based hires; compensation may vary by work location.

What you will do

• Advise People Team Business Partners and senior business leaders on complex organizational and employee relations issues.
• Conduct thorough employee relations investigations and provide fair, objective recommendations.
• Support managers with performance issues, including PIP and package processes.
• Build and analyze employee relations metrics, perform root-cause analysis, and present data-driven recommendations.
• Develop leader training workshops, classes, and toolkits with the Learning and Development Team.
• Lead global employee relations projects and collaborate with Legal Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, and other departments.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience on a People or HR team, including 6 years in Employee Relations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws and People Team management practices.
• Strong judgment and the ability to balance company, manager, and employee needs.
• Experience supporting distributed teams and working effectively through virtual collaboration.
• Experience leading change strategies and partnering with stakeholders to build solutions and gain alignment.
• Strategic business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication, empathy, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
