What you will do

• Build and maintain models for Net Interest Income and Market Value calculations.
• Collaborate with Risk and Finance partners to deliver business assumptions into QRM.
• Lead change and testing efforts for model enhancements, including UAT planning.
• Ensure model alignment with regulatory expectations like ICAAP and SOTs.
• Manage operational risks through robust control frameworks.
• Support simplification of ALM models and develop dynamic modelling and back-testing capabilities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK and able to work in Leeds or Bristol.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL and QRM modelling.
• 2+ years of experience with advanced Excel functionality for model development.
• 12+ months of proven knowledge of Retail Banking products.
• 12+ months of experience in Market Risk management techniques including stress testing.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and explain technical topics clearly.
