What you will do

• Monitor and analyze market risk exposures and PnL across trading desks.
• Develop and improve risk tools and controls for daily risk management.
• Interact closely with traders to understand and manage risk profiles.
• Apply statistical and quantitative methods to market data.
• Design and deploy AI-driven solutions using LLMs to automate risk workflows.
• Contribute to model validation, robustness, and ongoing system improvements.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Market Risk, Trading Support, or Quantitative Analysis.
• Strong quantitative foundation and understanding of financial markets.
• Strong programming skills in Python (pandas, NumPy).
• Interest or experience with AI/LLM tools for automation.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, front-office environment.
• Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
