What you will do

• Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for Rapid APIs across Vrbo, Car, Activities, and Ground Transportation.
• Manage and mentor a team of four Product Managers, providing coaching and clear accountability frameworks.
• Develop deep relationships with key B2B partners to understand needs and drive product adoption.
• Oversee end-to-end API delivery in collaboration with engineering, from discovery to launch and lifecycle management.
• Identify new API monetization opportunities and build commercial cases in partnership with Business Development and Finance.
• Track success metrics including partner adoption, Gross Booking Value, and API reliability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B product management experience, preferably within the travel industry.
• 7+ years of experience with API or platform products, including deep knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL design.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including hiring and coaching product teams.
• Proven ability to influence and work within a large, globally distributed matrix organization.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to make clear prioritization calls across multiple verticals.
• Must be based in London to work from the office.
