What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for marketplace functionality and internal tools.
• Oversee platform architecture decisions and manage the evolving technology stack.
• Own relationships with key partners like Shopify, Meta, and Substack.
• Lead sprint planning and coordinate delivery across engineering and design teams.
• Optimize transaction flows, merchant tools, and platform conversion metrics.
• Translate company strategy into clear product priorities and successful releases.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product management or equivalent startup environments.
• Proven track record building marketplace, platform, or e-commerce products.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and backend systems.
• Ability to manage engineering and design teams simultaneously.
• Experience launching third-party integrations or platform partnerships.
• Must be based in London and able to work from the office four days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Shopify ecosystem or headless commerce.
• Background in creator platforms, media tech, or consumer marketplaces.
• Familiarity with privacy and compliance tooling like Ethyca.
• Experience with growth experimentation or monetization systems.
