What you will do

• Identify high-impact business challenges and drive analysis that leads to clear, actionable recommendations.
• Build and own financial models to forecast the impact of pricing, strategy, and growth initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders across retail, DTC, marketing, and operations to answer critical business questions.
• Design and execute tests, developing analytical frameworks to translate results into business decisions.
• Own ad hoc analysis and KPI reporting, building infrastructure that serves as a lasting resource.
• Support new product and pricing strategy through rigorous market analysis and modeling.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in a quantitative or computational field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics within corporate, consulting, or investment banking environments.
• Expertise in SQL, with proficiency in R or Python preferred.
• High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Strong statistical skills and intuition for solving problems in consumer-facing areas.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
