Director, Client Services Implementation (Healthcare)

Location: Mason, Ohio, USA; office-based role with 10–20% travel depending on client location and meetings.

Salary: USD 103,515–145,000 per year

What you will do

• Implement and manage new Patient Services programs, including Hub, Patient Assistance, Copay/Affordability, and Direct-to-Patient programs.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary client contact throughout implementation.
• Coordinate internal workstreams with the PMO and relevant departments to maintain timelines, deliverables, and project discipline.
• Lead design, configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support activities.
• Create and coordinate reviews of implementation documentation, including process flows, business rules, correspondence, enrollment forms, and data transfer agreements.
• Approve system requirements documentation and coordinate projects and services for the Patient Services business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 5–6 years of hirify.global or applicable healthcare company experience in Patient Services implementation, complex program management, and pharmaceutical client management.
• Ability to work 40–50 hours per week across five days.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Ability to work in an office environment involving extended periods of sitting or standing and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Nice to have

• Previous biopharma Patient Services program implementation experience.
• PMP certification.
• Salesforce Healthcloud experience.
• Experience using AI to improve process efficiency.
