Director of Implementation (CPG)

Location: On-site at the NYC headquarters 5 days a week. Paid relocation support is available for a move to NYC.

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 annually, plus 0.05%–0.125% equity.

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise customers, from kickoff through go-live.
• Manage project plans, timelines, workstreams, stakeholder alignment, and multiple concurrent deployments.
• Configure and customize the platform around customer workflows, data structures, and operational requirements.
• Develop training programs, documentation, onboarding materials, and live workshops for different user groups.
• Build implementation playbooks, KPIs, reporting, escalation paths, and success criteria from the ground up.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to improve scoping, handoffs, configurability, and time-to-value.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, status management, and escalation.
• Technical curiosity and the ability to work with data, configure software, and troubleshoot independently.
• Builder mindset with the ability to create structure and processes in an ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to work from the NYC headquarters on-site 5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, systems integration, retail, or supply chain.
