Location: Must be based in the United States
Compensation: $171,500–$201,500 base salary (OTE $228,095–$267,995)

What you will do
- Serve as the primary pre-sales measurement authority, guiding senior stakeholders through complex methodologies like lift testing, attribution, and media mix modeling.
- Design end-to-end measurement solutions leveraging identity graphs, clean room technology, and cross-screen data assets.
- Build working prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and demo environments to showcase causal inference and attribution workflows.
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for C-level audiences and technical teams.
- Partner with Sales to provide analytical authority in competitive deals and ensure seamless handoffs to post-sales delivery teams.
- Influence the product roadmap by feeding field-level insights and market requirements back to Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in advertising measurement, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Deep domain expertise in incrementality, attribution, media mix modeling, and causal inference techniques.
- Hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL for data analysis and statistical modeling.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior measurement stakeholders (VP+ level).
- Working knowledge of clean room technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/AMC) and identity resolution concepts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and possess exceptional communication skills.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with cross-screen or multi-touch TV measurement (linear, CTV/OTT).
- Experience applying causal AI or machine learning to marketing measurement.
- Familiarity with ’s identity infrastructure and RampID.
- Background in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting within AdTech/MarTech.
