What you will do

• Own the build, maintenance, and improvement of Looker dashboards for Finance, Operations, and GTM teams.
• Define KPIs and reporting requirements to ensure a single source of truth across the organization.
• Manage and prioritize a high-volume queue of ad hoc data requests from various stakeholders.
• Audit and improve existing reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and usability.
• Document reporting logic and data definitions to maintain institutional knowledge.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to optimize underlying data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in business or data analytics.
• Proven track record of building and owning dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Strong proficiency in Looker or similar BI tools, including LookML.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Must be located in the US or Canada.
• Strong communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL for querying and data validation.
• Background in SaaS, outdoor hospitality, travel, or marketplace businesses.
