What you will do

• Lead quality planning and testing across software, data pipelines, analytics, AI outputs, accessibility, and project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain an enterprise QA strategy for a secure, scalable Federal data analytics and AI modernization platform.
• Collaborate with OMB, pilot agencies, and multidisciplinary technical teams through iterative development and user testing.
• Integrate automated testing and quality controls into Agile and DevSecOps delivery.
• Manage defect triage, traceability, quality metrics, corrective actions, and release-readiness reporting.
• Produce documentation supporting government operations, maintenance, transition, and future expansion.

Requirements

• Experience developing and leading enterprise QA strategies for software, data, analytics, or AI-enabled platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automated, functional, integration, regression, performance, security, accessibility, and user-acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with Linux, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server, Java or .NET, Jenkins, self-hosted Azure DevOps, Kubernetes/Rancher, and open-source AI models.
• Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility are required.
• Active Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.

• Experience supporting Federal financial management, budget execution, grants management, payment systems, award oversight, financial reporting, or financial stewardship.
