Facility Manager

What you will do

• Lead and manage facility personnel and operations to safely run the facility according to laws, policies, and procedures.
• Drive EH&S culture and ensure compliance with hirify.global EH&S policies and applicable regulations and permits.
• Oversee maintenance planning, spare parts inventory, and documentation/audits (logbooks, CMMS reports, schedules, checklists, vendor reports).
• Manage capital projects within the annual budget and support profitability through budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with sales to broker and sell materials produced from the Material Processing Facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop site SOPs, training/qualification plans, and a site communications plan to support recurring meetings and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10 years of related experience/training in the waste industry.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA and waste industry regulatory requirements, including EPA and state/local regulations.
• Thorough knowledge of waste, hazardous/non-hazardous waste, and wastewater treatment processes and programs.
• Working knowledge of professional accounting, financial, and tax concepts.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary: $108,900.00 - $155,600.00 USD (base pay range)
