hirify.global is a startup creating data that powers some of the best GenAI models, working with Big Tech, renowned AI startups, enterprises, and non-profit research organizations worldwide.

What you will do

  • Engage with leads to understand their needs and create repeatable solutions for machine learning challenges.
  • Drive new business development including prospecting, pipelining, and closing.
  • Grow existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Lead commercial discussions, identify pain points, and structure projects.
  • Develop client relationships and manage sales and account teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located remotely in the US.
  • Experienced hunter with a focus on selling into frontier labs, particularly human-in-the-loop data for code, STEM, Multimodality, and Off-the-shelf AI.
  • At least five years’ quota-based sales experience in the tech space.
  • Industry experience within a tech startup.
  • Background in STEM (BS or MS in computer science, math, physics, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of AI and GenAI: technology and market trends, basic knowledge of statistics, ML, and data science.

Nice to have

  • A strong consulting toolkit at Engagement Manager level or equivalent.
