What you will do

• Provide advanced deskside and remote technical support to end users.
• Provision and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and service licenses.
• Configure and administer tasks across various enterprise IT platforms.
• Partner with engineering teams to design and transition recurring activities into scalable workflows.
• Oversee technical aspects of onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and task execution.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French (written and oral) is required.
• Proven experience in an IT support or deskside analyst role.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems including Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify root causes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
• Must be able to work from the Montreal office at least four days per week.
