designs, builds, and runs bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands, part of the Brandtech Group.
What you will do
- Lead day-to-day account management across multiple brands as the primary client contact for briefs, timelines, and project status.
- Define project scope and create plans for tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables across concurrent workstreams.
- Book and manage creative, design, and production resources, ensuring teams are accurately briefed and equipped to deliver.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, proactively communicate throughout the project lifecycle, and negotiate scope/timeline/resource compromises.
- Ensure deliverables (social assets, campaign content, and global master assets) are produced, reviewed, and delivered within agreed timeframes.
- Estimate costs, establish budgets, track spend, adjust forecasts, and report on GP and MI; collaborate with central teams and partner agencies.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or hybrid PM/AM in a creative agency or in-house creative environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and deliver consistently within agreed timeframes in high-pressure settings.
- Experience with social media strategy and content ideation, including briefing for effective platform-specific content.
- Familiarity with photography, video production, and digital content creation workflows.
- Strong client-facing communication skills (written and verbal) for meetings, reports, briefing documents, and project updates.
- Experience managing project-level budgets (cost estimation, spend tracking, purchase orders, and financial performance reporting).
Nice to have
- Experience with global or multi-market brand programmes; luxury or spirits category experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency with GenAI tools and building AI-assisted workflows for account and project management.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment before acting.
