Principal Agile Project Manager

Location: Must be based in the UK with a hybrid working pattern at hubs in Bristol, Glasgow, or London.

Salary: £94,000 – £110,000 plus 15% bonus and 9% flex pay.

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-wide Agile initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and implement standardized agile methodologies and best practices across the organization.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leadership to drive organizational agility and transformation.
• Establish and track success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) to support data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor senior delivery professionals and foster a strong Community of Practice.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in the external Agile community.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK as sponsorship is not available.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale Agile initiatives and strategic process optimization.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and advanced scaling frameworks.
• Strong capability in strategic roadmapping across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in defining and tracking success metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Advanced coaching and leadership skills with a focus on sustainable change.
