Salary: £94,000 - £110,000

What you will do

• Lead complex, high-impact enterprise-wide agile programs aligned with business strategy to drive measurable value.
• Establish and evolve Agile standards, methodologies, and tools across the organization to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Advise senior leadership on Agile strategies and implementation to embed agility into the corporate culture.
• Define and track success metrics such as KPIs and OKRs to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Mentor senior delivery professionals and foster growth through Communities of Practice.
• Represent the company as a thought leader in the external Agile community.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading large-scale Agile initiatives that deliver strategic value.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and advanced scaling frameworks.
• Experience in strategic roadmapping and aligning agile delivery with business objectives.
• Skill in defining and tracking success metrics (KPIs, OKRs) for continuous improvement.
• Advanced coaching and leadership skills for mentoring senior professionals.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; sponsorship cannot be provided.
