TL;DR

What you will do

• Own full-stack feature development from technical scoping and design through build, testing, rollout, and iteration.
• Develop and maintain scalable applications across backend services and modern frontend frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and customer success to deliver intuitive workflows and resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement durable fixes to improve platform reliability.
• Continuously enhance products through iterative improvements to elevate the experience for business clients.
• Contribute to foundational platforms including onboarding, billing, roster management, and API capabilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Laravel and PHP, including backend architecture and design patterns.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end features from concept through customer rollout.
• Comfort working across the stack, including relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS).
• Proficiency with modern frontend technologies such as InertiaJS, Vue 3, NextJS, React, and Tailwind CSS.
• Must be able to live in Mexico and travel to Mexico City for occasional office events.
