Construction Manager

Location: Onsite at a project site in Geel, Belgium

What you will do

• Lead construction execution from pre-construction strategy through project completion.
• Manage site performance across safety, health, quality, schedule, reporting, and commercial control.
• Coordinate the construction management team, contractors, customers, designers, commissioning teams, end users, and regulatory bodies.
• Develop construction sequences, coordinate interfaces, review tenders, and support procurement and constructability activities.
• Monitor planning, manpower, progress reporting, milestones, quality inspections, and issue resolution.
• Support cost and change control, contractor payments, project reporting, close-out, and BIM execution where required.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and teams.
• Degree education or an exceptionally strong trade background.
• Availability to work onsite at the project site in Geel, Belgium.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety, quality, planning, commercial control, and stakeholder coordination.
