What you will do

  • Build and manage integrated demand generation roadmaps across paid, organic, and email channels.
  • Own end-to-end B2B campaign execution and lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) across pharmaceutical, retail, and employer segments.
  • Manage the growth tech stack, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Leverage AI tools to build scalable processes and improve execution speed.
  • Track and report on core KPIs to drive campaign success and commercial ROI.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel B2B campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in paid media, SEO, and social channels.
  • 1-2 years of people management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice to have

  • Industry experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, retail pharmacy, or employer/payer markets.
