Salary: $101,000 - $161,000 (Santa Monica Office)

What you will do
- Build and manage integrated demand generation roadmaps across paid, organic, and email channels.
- Own end-to-end B2B campaign execution and lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the funnel.
- Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICP) across pharmaceutical, retail, and employer segments.
- Manage the growth tech stack, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Leverage AI tools to build scalable processes and improve execution speed.
- Track and report on core KPIs to drive campaign success and commercial ROI.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B demand generation.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
- Proven track record in managing complex, multi-channel B2B campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in paid media, SEO, and social channels.
- 1-2 years of people management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.
