What you will do

• Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.
• Maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage workflows to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve inquiries and meet customer requirements.
• Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate teams and products.
• Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in business systems including CRM.
