What you will do

• Manage strategic and operational planning and business process execution.
• Coordinate and disseminate organizational policies across the company.
• Oversee tasking, information flow, and facility management.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate organizational goals and performance metrics.
• Develop and publish executive-level reports, presentations, and publications.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust Clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of business operations and process management.
• Proficiency in data analysis and executive reporting.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Federal and DoD acquisition procedures.
• Experience working in government or defense-related environments.
