Location: Must be within commuting distance of South Salt Lake, UT (Hybrid: ~2 days/week in-office)

What you will do

• Identify key problems through live customer research, market analysis, and usage feedback.
• Translate research into clear product requirements and collaborate on design prototypes.
• Partner with engineering to define scope, write PRDs, and manage the feature lifecycle.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap while aligning stakeholders.
• Define and track metrics to measure product health and usage.
• Act as the subject matter expert for the product and target problem space.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a product manager
• Proven track record of launching and supporting customer-facing features
• Design literacy with the ability to evaluate UX and prototype independently
• Must be within commuting distance of South Salt Lake, UT
• Experience with RMM systems or an IT background
• Ability to present to large groups
