What you will do

• Lead execution and evolution of a defined student-journey product segment, turning strategy into scalable experiences using UX design and advanced analytics.
• Identify opportunities for predictive models, intelligent workflows, and generative AI to deliver proactive guidance, personalization, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver ML and generative AI personalization features and automated decision-support tools.
• Define hypotheses and run experiments (including A/B testing) to validate value, accuracy, and user trust in AI-powered features.
• Establish success metrics for AI/ML features (model performance, UX impact, operational lift) and productize manual, high-variance workflows into scalable experiences.
• Embed responsible AI practices (transparency, bias mitigation, feedback loops) and advocate for clarity, equity, and empowerment in AI-led experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping impactful consumer or B2B SaaS products.
• Experience partnering with engineering and data science to ship ML- or AI-enabled features (predictive models, ranking systems, automated workflows, or generative AI experiences).
• Ability to frame AI/ML opportunities, define product requirements for intelligent systems, and guide model evaluation, UX design, experiment setup, and iteration.
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in product analytics and A/B testing for data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills to align engineering, design, operations, and leadership, especially when navigating ambiguity and technical trade-offs.
