What you will do

• Author features for the product using Python and React.
• Break down high-level goals into modular engineering tasks and validate implementation through in-depth code reviews.
• Oversee architecture decisions to ensure designs (including AI-generated plans) align with modularity and bounded contexts.
• Develop and optimize CICD pipelines that incorporate AI agents, automated testing, and intelligent code reviews.
• Design and test structured prompts/specifications to drive accurate, context-aligned AI agent output.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to remediate production issues promptly; write secure code and mentor teammates.

Requirements

• Location: Remote US (must be able to work 100% remote anywhere in the US)
• 5+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications.
• Experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Devin.ai, Codex).
• Hands-on experience with Python, React, and AWS.
• Strong secure coding practices (avoid OWASP vulnerabilities; secure APIs, session handling, and data validation).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (engineering/data science/computer science/information systems preferred).
