Data Analytics Consultant (AI)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands; hybrid work from home, client offices, or hirify.global hubs in Amsterdam and Maastricht. A work permit cannot be provided.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops and mock-ups to define business goals and shape solution blueprints.
• Map, extract, clean, enrich, and validate data, including feature engineering, to establish stable analytical datasets.
• Design, implement, and automate interactive dashboards and customized client reports using advanced visualization tools.
• Conduct statistical analysis and exploratory data investigations to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear presentations for non-technical stakeholders and support business users and team members in using data effectively.
• Contribute to hirify.global’s Data Science and Generative AI offerings, thought leadership, proposals, and client relationship development.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in data analytics or a relevant consulting or industry role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach.
• Experience communicating and presenting complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and support data-driven decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Proficiency with SQL and Microsoft Excel for data manipulation.
• Familiarity with dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Interest in applying innovative analytics and AI solutions to support sustainability and business impact.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Knowledge of cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
