What you will do

• Deliver high-impact instructor-led training (ILT) covering the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification to technical demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements.
• Execute Train-the-Trainer (T3) programs to certify partners and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure global instructional quality.
• Enable Account Executives and Sales Engineers to articulate the intersection of business value and technical superiority.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to enhance existing content and develop new courses based on real-world implementation feedback.
• Act as a cross-functional bridge between field teams and internal product/marketing teams to align enablement assets with competitive challenges.
• Monitor training performance metrics to provide strategic recommendations for content enhancement and instructional design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, technical training, or consulting within the cybersecurity industry.
• Practical, hands-on expertise in enterprise cybersecurity areas such as SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, or Cloud Security.
• Fluent in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, data centers, and cloud platforms.
• Working knowledge of MEDDIC and value-based selling methodologies.
• Willingness to travel as required to support partner and customer events.

Nice to have

• CrowdStrike Falcon certifications (CCFA, CCFR) or industry-recognized certifications (SANS, CISSP, CEH, OSCP).
• Background in curriculum development or designing T3 technical training programs at scale.
• Experience in incident response, digital forensics, or security-focused AI infrastructure.
