Client Success Senior Manager (ENT): Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing success for hirify.global’s first French enterprise clients, with an accent on launching regional processes and driving renewals, expansions, and renegotiations. Focus on building relationships with HR leadership and works councils, translating local user data into ROI-driven communication strategies, and shaping France go-to-market insights for product and leadership.

Location: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per week in-office in Paris)

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end launch process for hirify.global’s first French corporate clients, ensuring a seamless transition from Sales to onboarding.
  • Build relationships with HR Directors and works councils and align the platform with corporate wellness and talent retention goals.
  • Drive the commercial agenda for your portfolio, including renewing, expanding, and renegotiating enterprise contracts.
  • Analyze local user data to create tailored communication strategies that increase engagement across accounts.
  • Build Client Success processes and localized materials as a founding member of the regional team.
  • Collaborate with Global Operations, Marketing, and Fitness Partnerships to adapt tools and engagement strategies to the French market.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Client Success, Key Account Management, or HR Consulting, with a proven track record managing large-scale enterprise relationships.
  • French: native level
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort leading high-level negotiations for renewals, pricing, and expansion.
  • Data-driven storytelling skills to turn complex reports into compelling ROI narratives for senior HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to build regional processes from scratch in an undefined market environment.
