What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to subscribers to drive adoption and long-term value of the Innovator platform.
- Coach customers on PLM best practices and conduct regular health checks and benchmarks.
- Partner with stakeholders to define business outcomes and measure progress through regular business reviews.
- Identify renewal and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop tools, templates, and best practices to enhance subscriber success.
- Facilitate support escalations to ensure subscribers remain on track toward their goals.
Requirements
- Must currently reside in France.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a comparable field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, service delivery, or sales supporting enterprise customers.
- Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software and the manufacturing industry.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
