Finance Operations Associate

Location: Argentina - Remote (full‑time)

Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 USDT / month

We’re looking for a hands‑on, execution‑driven Finance Operations Associate to support the CFO across a complex AI&Blockchain company.

This is not an admin role. You will work with budgets, templates, KYC, compliance docs, and external advisors — and get direct exposure to international finance operations.

What you’ll do

  • Budget‑to‑actual analysis (by company / cost center / project)
  • Maintain cash flow, spend, and capex/opex trackers
  • Own financial templates, KYC checklists, and document control
  • Coordinate KYC / onboarding / compliance across multiple entities
  • Research global accounting, audit, and tax firms (compare services & pricing)
  • Act as operational point of contact for external auditors and advisors
  • Support the CFO with ad‑hoc data consolidation and structured reporting

What we’re looking for

  • Strong attention to detail and document discipline
  • Ability to work with numbers, spot variances, and structure messy data
  • Comfortable working remotely with global stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in finance operations, accounting, or compliance is a plus
