Compensation: $22–$26 hourly

What you will do

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of brand and retailer accounts, proactively handling past-due invoices.
• Lead collections negotiations with professionalism and empathy to resolve disputes and secure payments.
• Partner with internal operations and delivery teams to resolve payment blockers in real time.
• Maintain clean, audit-ready records of all account interactions and escalations.
• Identify early warning signs of credit risk and escalate issues before balances become uncollectible.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline outreach, reporting, and workflow documentation.

Requirements

• Must be currently located in and authorized to work in one of the specified US states.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B collections or high-volume customer service.
• Proven track record of managing large account portfolios and hitting aging targets.
• Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills with the ability to preserve retailer relationships.
• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables and AR aging report analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Slack, Asana, and Zendesk.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, distribution, or fintech environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• BPO or customer-service background.
