Location: Based in China; requires 50-70% availability during European business hours and 9am-12pm EST (Tues-Thurs) for US overlap.

What you will do

• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partner organizations, serving as the primary liaison.
• Co-design and build high-quality social impact experiences, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
• Onboard and train prospective nonprofit partners and social ventures.
• Maintain accurate records using Hubspot and other proprietary technology platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate event delivery, training, and payments.
• Identify KPIs and implement scalable processes to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in China.
• At least 2 years of experience in the nonprofit sector or social impact space.
• 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role focusing on relationship building and retention.
• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment.
• Availability to overlap with Europe and US (EST) time zones.
