What you will do
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle, including delivering solution demonstrations.
- Provide timely technical updates and support to distributors and resellers.
- Partner with the internal sales team to develop and present strategic sales proposals.
- Collaborate with integrators and software partners to drive successful project implementation.
- Plan and deliver monthly technical training sessions for partners and resellers.
- Create high-quality pre-sales materials and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or technical solution sales in CCTV or IP surveillance.
- Strong hands-on IT exposure across networking and IP-based technologies.
- Solid working knowledge of network infrastructure, VMS software, and video surveillance hardware.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to travel for regional and international visits.
