What you will do

• Support IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, FX Market Rates, Appian workflows, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, MUFG Global Payment System) as part of a global support team.
• Deliver Level 2 incident and problem management by working with vendors and internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during migration and BAU.
• Coordinate vendor/support deliverables such as customization deliveries, patch sets, and fixes; manage enhancements and technical issue resolution.
• Document IT user procedures in Confluence for IT change management and business user procedures, including support for user training.
• Support project managers on initiatives related to core banking solutions, including participation in releases and testing to confirm upgrades and enhancements meet quality standards.
• Coordinate development and enhancements to increase automation and expand feature utilization; respond to regulator/auditor information requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience providing analytical, technical support, and administration for business banking applications.
• Exposure to SWIFT products and messaging standards, including ISO 20022.
• Hands-on exposure/understanding of SQL Server and PL/SQL, plus experience with Java and .NET applications.
• Working knowledge of application/system architecture and application/database infrastructure setup and management.
• Strong knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies, including ITIL standards.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and IT solutions in a banking environment.
