Location: Remote or Mississauga
Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 + 5% performance-based bonus

What you will do
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients related to products and services.
- Apply structured problem analysis and effective questioning to identify root causes.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to implement solutions for recurring issues.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support activities and provided solutions.
- Use diagnostic and log analysis tools to investigate and debug issues.
- Participate in training and development to grow technical skills and support capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong technical troubleshooting experience and ability to resolve technical problems.
- Knowledge of network protocols and debugging tools (TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, SSH, TLS/SSL).
- Experience with RDBMS (preferably SQL Server), APIs, and authentication/identity concepts (SSO/MFA, OAuth, OpenID).
- Experience supporting web-based software applications.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Technical support experience.
- Healthcare domain knowledge (care delivery, care coordination, business intelligence, financial performance, or pharmacy workflows and integrations for skilled nursing, senior living, home health, or acute care).
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance support workflows (e.g., MS Copilot, ChatGPT).
- Experience with diagnostic/log tools such as Kibana and AppDynamics.
