What you will do

• Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.
• Ensure BIM rules are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead BIM meetings and provide training for colleagues.
• Assist Layout & Piping Engineers with subcontractor models and data exchanges.
• Maintain systematic storage of all project information.
• Conduct regular quality control audits on BIM models to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree (BIM Certification in Italy is an advantage).
• 3+ years of experience in plants, energy, oil & gas, or comparable environments.
• Proficiency in BIM coordination platforms such as Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Familiarity with key standards: ISO 19650, BS 1192, PAS 1192, Italian UNI 11337, building SMART, and COBie.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
