What you will do

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, track activities, and proactively resolve issues that arise.
• Coordinate project scheduling and activities across global teams (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and external vendors.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and lead project-related meetings.
• Ensure project alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional Project Management experience.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster.
