Project Manager (WordPress)

TL;DR

Location: Remote (Colombia). Must provide at least 7 hours of overlap with the 9 am-5 pm EST workday (Monday - Friday).

What you will do

• Oversee the full lifecycle of planning, developing, and launching WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Coordinate workflows between designers, developers, SEO specialists, and content creators.
• Review and approve deliverables to ensure accessibility and SEO quality.
• Continuously optimize internal processes to enhance project efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing WordPress projects within a digital marketing agency.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in WordPress and familiarity with other CMS platforms.
• Proven organizational and project management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing custom WordPress plugin development projects.
• Basic coding knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or PHP.
