What you will do

• Lead technical upgrade projects from execution through to final implementation.
• Manage stakeholders including sales, project centers, customer service, and external suppliers.
• Handle project budgeting, cost management, and sales recognition using SAP.
• Provide engineering and financial expertise for quoting customized and standard upgrade solutions.
• Oversee automation revamping and initiatives to reduce water and energy consumption.
• Support the sales process with technical analysis, value propositions, and customer presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Must be based in Bogota, Colombia or Panama City, Panama (No visa or relocation support).
• At least 8 years of experience in project design engineering and technical project management.
• Knowledge of liquid and semi-liquid production technologies.
• Fluent English proficiency.
