What you will do

• Develop and maintain global interior design standards, finish specifications, and brand guidelines.
• Manage space planning for new locations, expansions, and office moves.
• Lead the end-to-end FF&E program, including furniture selection, procurement, and installation.
• Partner with project management and facilities teams to ensure design intent is preserved.
• Oversee external architecture and design firms, providing directive feedback to keep projects on brand and schedule.
• Mentor junior design team members to build technical skills and professional judgment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in commercial interior design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Accredited degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Deep expertise in space planning, FF&E specification, and design documentation.
• Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience managing external design partners.
• Ability to balance aesthetic ambition with cost consciousness and operational practicality.

Nice to have

• Experience with international projects and regional compliance.
• Familiarity with WELL, LEED, or BREEAM standards.
• NCIDQ certification or architecture licensure.
• Experience in an in-house corporate real estate or workplace function.
