What you will do

• Act as a technical lead and trusted advisor to accelerate pipeline for strategic accounts.
• Drive CISO/CxO engagements and lead executive briefings and advisory boards.
• Synthesize customer feedback on product messaging and capabilities for internal R&D and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with field marketing to support pipeline building through webinars, whitepapers, and strategic events.
• Educate and mentor sales and customer success teams on HashiCorp product value propositions.
• Validate technical materials and methodologies to enable internal partners.

Requirements

• Must have an Engineering/CS/MIS Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Must have the ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%.
• Deep technical background in DevOps, infrastructure automation, and distributed computing architectures.
• Proven history of executive-level engagement and influencing business decision-makers.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including comfort with ad-hoc whiteboard sessions.
