What you will do
- Manage team performance and lead teams to achieve metric goals and complete monthly deliverables.
- Provide effective coaching and constructive feedback to subordinates.
- Perform administrative tasks for operational support.
- Use problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to support day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Active PRC and/or USRN license.
- At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor/Manager in a BPO setting, preferably handling a healthcare account.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance against operational metrics.
