What you will do

Requirements

• Active PRC and/or USRN license.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Operations Supervisor/Manager in a BPO setting, preferably handling a healthcare account.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing teams and driving performance against operational metrics.
